Crafted from Chardonnay 100% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the marny hilly soil from Farra d’Isonzo, San Floriano and Cormons. Vinification: destemming, short cold maceration, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
