Crafted from Pinot gris 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils composed of marl and clay. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks.
