The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40 years old vines in a marny soil. Vinification: the grapes are dried for 10 days, short cold maceration for 8 hours and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
