Collio Bianco 'Solarco' Livon

This exceptional Collio DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Friulano 60%, Ribolla Gialla 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the guyot and cappuccina systema, in a soil rich in clay and marn. Hand harvest. Vinification: short cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation for the 20% in barriques from Allier and for the 80% in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in barriques and steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
