Chardonnay Rosset

A fine example of Valle d'Aosta winemaking, this Valle d'Aosta DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vineyards placed at 800 meters above sea level, on the ground rich in skeleton. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in terracotta amphora. The wine is aged 5 months on lees in stainless steel. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
