Crafted from Chardonnay 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards south-facing vines on marly soil. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole grapes, alcoholic fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature.
