Crafted from Sangiovese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the guyot system in a clayey calcareous soil. Vinification: de-stemming, maceration and spontaneous fermentation in steel and concrete for more than 20 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 20 months in barrique.
