Crafted from Ciliegiolo 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 60 years old sapling vines rooted in a red soil. Yield: 20 q/ha. Vinification: destemming, soft pressing, maceration on the skins for 3 or 4 weeks, fermentation in steel vats with 2 daily delestage and malolactic fermentation in barrique. Whitout filtrations. The wine is aged 8 months in barrel. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
