A fine example of Liguria winemaking, this Cinque Terre DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Bosco, Albarola, Vermentino, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 16 small terraced vineyards, with also sapling vines that are 80 years old rooted in a sandy soil. Vinification: soft pressing, short maceration on the skins and acoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged 12 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the coastal, saline character typical of Liguria's terraced vineyards.
