A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Chardonnay 45%, Friulano 45%, Sauvignon 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines of about 40 years grown according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture. Vinification: soft pressing of the whole bunches, static decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
