A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Ribolla 50%, Tocai friulano 20%, Malvasia istriana 10%. Sauvignon Blanc 10% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines on marly soils rich in sandstone. Vinification: soft pressing, criomaceration, cold decanting, alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats on the lees. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
