Crafted from Ribolla Gialla 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Ruttars village dans le Comune di Dolegna dans le Collio on soils rich in marls and clay. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at controlled temperature of 16°. The wine is aged at least 8 months in steel inox vats. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
