Crafted from Corinto Nero 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards alberelli at 350 metres above sea level on vulcanic soils rich in sand. Organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels with skin maceration for 10 days and malolactic fermentation in 500 l barrels. The wine is aged at least 12 months in 500 l barrels and 12 months in bottle. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
