Crafted from Red grapes, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 650-850 m above sea level, on a volcanic soil. Vinification: different alcoholic fermnetation for the different crus and malolactic in oak barrels, without filtrations. The wine is aged 10 months in barrique and 12 in oak barrels.
