This exceptional Bianco di Custoza DOC showcases the authentic character of Veneto. At 12.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Garganega 40%, Trebbiano 30%, Cortese 10%, Manzoni Bianco 10% and Trebbianello 10%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines on clayey and calcareous soils of glacial origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats at 16° for 10 days. The wine is aged 6 months in steel vats and 3 months in bottle. A wine reflecting the varied microclimates between Lake Garda and the Dolomites.
