Hailing from Trentino, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. Its modest 12% alcohol content favours freshness and drinkability. Crafted from Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Nosiola, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards from the Masseto and Maso Toldini vineyards for Chardonnay grapes, Coveli for Sauvignon and Belvedere for Nosiola grapes, all cultivated in the system clled "pergola trentina". Vinification: manual harvest of the grapes and alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel and a short passage in large wooden barrels. A wine showing the freshness typical of Trentino's mountain vineyards.
