The fruit is sourced from vineyards young vines at 470 meters altitude planted on clay-limestone soils with southwest exposure. Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation with maceration on the skins for 5-7 days and daily pumping over. The wine is aged maturation in steel tanks.
