Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards marly-calcareous soil, facing South/South-West. Vinification: fementation and contact with the skins at controlled temperature for 2 weeks and malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks.
