Crafted from Dolcetto 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hills with a good slope composed of calcareous soils, with the presence of quartz sand, silt and gray sandstone. Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature with maceration of 5 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation in vitrified concrete vats. The wine is aged a few months in vitrified concrete vats. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
