The fruit is sourced from vineyards 12-70 years old vines cultivated according to the Guyot system in calyey calcareous soil at 250 metres above sea level. Vinification: fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks. Without filtrations. The wine is aged some months on the lees in concrete vats.
