The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines planted in the 1980s on clayey and limestone soils located in the municipality of Tagliolo Monferrato at 300 meters above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks from 14 to 21 days with maceration on the skins for 2 weeks.
