A fine example of Piedmont winemaking, this Colli Tortonesi DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Croatina 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 20 years old vines on soils rich in marls. Organic Farming. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in steel tanks with no temperature control. Unfiltered and unclarified. The wine is aged at least 8 months in steel tanks and 6 months in bottle. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
