Hailing from Calabria, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 26% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Sauvignon 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Pergola Trentina system in a clayey soil at 300-450 m above sea level, in Giovo village. Vinification: soft pressing, cold settling and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks and, for the 10%, in wooden barrels. The wine is aged 5-6 months on the lees in steel tanks and in oak barrels for the 10%. A wine capturing the sun-drenched character of Italy's southernmost mainland region.
