Crafted from Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, Merlot 15% , this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards raised cordon trained and cultivated in biodynamic, in the municipality of Ponteginori in Querceto, on soils based on marly and sandy clays with gypsum inserts. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts without temperature control and maceration on the skins for 24 days, no clarification or filtration. The wine is aged 18 months in third passage oak barrels. A wine reflecting Tuscany's renowned terroir with elegant tannin structure and aging potential.
