Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 80%, Nerello Cappuccio 20%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect vibrant red-fruit notes and a refreshing, food-friendly finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines at an altitude of 500 meters on the eastern slope of Etna, on soils of volcanic origin. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature. The wine is aged three months in steel in contact with lees.
