This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards old vines of 65 years old, cultivated on volcanic and sandy soil. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, contact with the skins of 3 weeks, without adding sulfites in concrete tanks. The wine is aged 13 months in concrete tanks and bottled on a waning moon. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
