This exceptional Etna DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. At 13.5% alcohol, it presents a well-balanced and harmonious profile. Crafted from Nerello Mascalese 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It displays rich color intensity with complex aromas and a persistent finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines that are an average age of 50 years in dark soils rich in volcanic sands at 660 metres above sea level. Vinification: spontaneous fermentation in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts and maceration for 3 weeks. Without added sulphites and without filtrations. The wine is aged 12 months in concrete tanks and bottled with a waning moon. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
