Crafted from Frappato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the limestone promontory in front of Serra San Bartolo on a light sandy layer with component of clay and white limestone on the surface and limestone rocks in depth. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeast in cement tanks with contact with the skins. The wine is aged some months in old and big oak barrels. A wine capturing Sicily's sun-soaked character and ancient viticultural roots.
