This Vittoria DOC captures the distinctive personality of Sicily terroir. Its 13% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Frappato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the sandy soils of Acate, in the south-east of Sicily. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with maceration on the skins for 8-9 days and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged 4 months in steel vats.
