This exceptional Vittoria DOC showcases the authentic character of Sicily. With 12.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Nero d'Avola 60% e Frappato 40%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines planted in 2000 in Piano del Sommacco on an area of 5 hectares. Earth composition: clay 56%, silt 22% and sand 32%. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in barrique, tonneaux, steel and complete malolactic fermentation in barrique. The wine is aged 12 months in oak barrels of 30hl. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
