Hailing from Sicily, this wine offers an authentic taste of the local terroir. With 13.5% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Frappato 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect layered dark fruit aromas, firm tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in Contrada Salmé in the Vittoria area, at 450 m above sea level in a soil rich in red sands and limestone. Manual works without chemical products. Vinification: alcoholic and malalctic fermentatio with ogm-free yeasts in steel vats. The wine is aged 3 months in steel tanks and 2 monrhs in French barriques. A wine reflecting the mineral intensity of Sicily's volcanic soils.
