Vinification: spontenous fermentation with indigenous yeats and loing maceration maceration on the skins for 15-90 days in Tuscan terracotta jars. Minimum added sulphites only during bottling. The wine is aged few months in the terracotta jars and at lest 3 months in bottle. A wine embodying Emilia Romagna's easy-drinking, food-loving character.
