This Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on soils rich of marls locally called ponca. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months on the lees in steel vats. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
