This Collio DOC captures the distinctive personality of Friuli Venezia Giulia terroir. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on hills at 220 meters on sea level, marly-clayey soils with ponka stone, at San Floriano del Collio. Vinification: crushing-destemming, cooling grapes to 8-10°C, racking, maceration of 24 hours during the alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged 7 months in steel vats. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
