This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in the Vineyard Carbonare, on soils of volcanic origin. Vinification: in white, with soft pressing of grapes, static decanting, alcoholic fermentation and rest on the lees. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks. A wine showing the influence of the region's cool alpine breezes.
