A fine example of Friuli Venezia Giulia winemaking, this Collio DOC reflects generations of local expertise. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards over 40 years old vines rooted in a hilly marny soil in San Floriano del Collio area. Vinification: destemming, maceration on the skins for 12 hours at 15°C, soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks for 8-10 days. The wine is aged 8 months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine reflecting Friuli's reputation for aromatic precision and minerality.
