This exceptional Valle d'Aosta DOC showcases the authentic character of Valle d'Aosta. With 13% alcohol, it strikes a confident balance between body and freshness. Crafted from Fumin 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate shows depth and structure, with a finish that lingers pleasantly. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in La Tour and Les Cretes, 650 m above sea level. Vinification: fermentation at 28°-30 ° C in stainless steel and 10-12 days of maceration with daily pumping. The wine is aged 1 year in small French oak barrels and 1 year in bottle before being marketed. A wine showing the alpine purity typical of this small mountain region.
