This exceptional Colli Orientali del Friuli DOC showcases the authentic character of Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its 13.5% alcohol content supports a rounded, well-integrated style. Crafted from Friulano 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards 70 years old vines in a calcareous clayey soil in Galea vineyard, near to Slovenia, faced to South. Organic cultivation. Vinification: pressing of whole bunches, without de-stemming and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts. The wine is aged 18 months on the lees in steel tanks and many years in bottle. A wine capturing the crisp, mineral-driven style of Friuli whites.
