The fruit is sourced from vineyards 40-years-old-vines in hilly sandy soil between at 450 metres above sea level, faced to South West. Organic farming. Vinification: separated alcoholic fermentation for grape type with indigenous yeasts in concrete and steel vats with maceration on the skins for about 20 days.
