The fruit is sourced from vineyards 15 years old vines located on soils with marls and red clay at 400-500 meters above sea level. South-East facing. Vinification: a part of the grapes is subjected to cryomaceration. Pressing and alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged in steel vats on the lees for 5 months. A wine true to Piedmont tradition, built for age-worthy elegance.
