Gewurztraminer 'Aristos' Cantina Valle Isarco

This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 550-650 metres above sea level on alluvial soils rich in grit and quartz. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats controlled temperature with short skins maceration. The wine is aged 7 months on the lees in steel vats. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
