This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. With 14% alcohol content, it offers a full-bodied and robust structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 400-700 metres above sea level on alluvial soils rich in grit and quartz. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel vats with controlled temperature. The wine is aged few months in steel vats. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
