This exceptional Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC showcases the authentic character of Alto Adige. Its 14% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards on morenic soil mix of clay and limestone at 400-460 metres of altitude. Yeld 58 hl/hectars. Vinification: some hours of cryomaceration and fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged some months in steel. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
