Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards vines in 'Pergola' and trellis training system on sandy clay soils. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel. The wine is aged a few months in steel on the fine lees. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
