A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in clayey soil in Cornaiano, Egna and Mazzon. Vinification: soft pressing, natural decantation and alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months on the lees in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
