This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards cultivated according to the Guyot system. Organic farming. Vinification: alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks with maceration on the skins for 8-10 days and malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
