A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. Its 14.5% alcohol content underpins a rich, muscular structure. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards in gravelly sandy soils, rich in minerals, between 400 and 550 metres above sea level. Vinification: short maceration, soft pressing and fermentation in steel tanks. The wine is aged some months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
