This Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC captures the distinctive personality of Alto Adige terroir. At 14.5% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. It presents bright acidity with fresh mineral notes and excellent varietal expression. The fruit is sourced from vineyards site at 350 meters above sea level on clayey soil. Yield per hectare to 60 hectoliters. Vinification: cold maceration for few hours, soft pressing, alcoholic fermentation in steel vats. The wine is aged in steel vats on the lees for few months. A wine showing the alpine freshness and purity typical of Alto Adige.
