A fine example of Alto Adige winemaking, this Alto Adige/Sudtirol DOC reflects generations of local expertise. At 14% alcohol, it delivers real concentration and power on the palate. Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. Expect crisp citrus and orchard fruit aromas framed by a clean, mineral finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards at 300-500 m above sea level, on a very steep calcareous soil rich in clay and gravel. Vinification: first pressing, short maceration, soft pressing and fermentation in small steel tanks. The wine is aged 6 months in steel tanks. A wine reflecting the region's cool mountain climate and precise winemaking.
