Crafted from Gewürztraminer 100%, this wine expresses the unique terroir characteristics. The palate is fresh and precise, with lively acidity carrying through to the finish. The fruit is sourced from vineyards age of the vines from more than 20 years to almost 30 years. Vinification: manual harvesting, alcoholic fermentation in steel at controlled temperature. The wine is aged 8 months in steel tanks and 6 years in bottle. A wine capturing the crystalline character of Alto Adige's high-altitude vineyards.
